Kimberly Roman
Kim is a senior-inspired RN with over 30 years of experience in home health care and nursing leadership. Her career has included roles as Director of Care Transition at ChristianaCare HomeHealth in Delaware and the Area Director of Delaware Senior Living for BAYADA Home Health Care.
She also holds a BSN in nursing and is certified as a Level 1 Health Touch Practitioner. For over 10 years Kim has served on various committees for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
“Growing up I always wanted to work in a hospital, which ultimately led me to a career in nursing. I am ready to explore a new professional challenge and owning a business that serves seniors and those who care for them has always been my vision.”
Kim has experienced firsthand the challenges of caregiving for senior family members and the overwhelming process of navigating private senior care options.
Kim was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Delaware after college where she and her husband John raised their two children. Kim and John enjoy travel, local events and attractions, and spending time at home with their dog, Toby.
