Kimberly Roman

Kimberly Roman spent nearly three decades as a registered nurse working in post-acute care settings, including assisted living, home health, and hospice. She knows the senior care landscape from the inside, which means she also understands where families often feel overwhelmed. Having guided countless families through the process of exploring senior living options, Kimberly believes people need more than information—they need a trusted partner who will stay with them every step of the way.

A certified Level 1 Senior Care Manager and Chapter Chair of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, Kimberly brings exceptional clinical expertise and compassionate guidance to families throughout Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania. She proudly serves communities across New Castle County, Chester County, and Delaware County, including Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, West Chester, and the surrounding Brandywine Valley.

As the owner of the independently operated Owl Be There Wilmington–West Chester office, Kimberly combines the personalized service of a local advisor who understands the region's senior living communities with the resources and experience of the nationally recognized Owl Be There network.
