David Greenwood, MBA

David Greenwood co-founded Owl Be There alongside Laura Greenwood in 2013 with a simple mission — bring clarity and compassion to one of life's hardest decisions. With an MBA from Georgetown University and a background that includes co-authoring several insurance strategy books, David has spent over a decade improving the lives of seniors and families across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He leads the National Capital Region team and heads training for new franchisees across the country — guided by the same belief that started it all: that every family deserves trusted, independent guidance when it matters most.

As the founder of Owl Be There and owner of the National Capital Region office, David brings the personal touch of a local advisor who knows the DC metro area's senior living communities — backed by the national network he built.
