Kelly Finkelstein came to Owl Be There as a family member first — someone who had navigated the emotional weight of finding senior living for a loved one and understood firsthand how isolating that process can feel without the right guide. What stood out to her about Owl Be There was the advocacy role — no inventory to manage, no facilities to promote, just honest guidance for families who need it most. That experience shaped everything about how she approaches this work today. Kelly serves families throughout Central Florida with a hands-on, family-centered approach — walking alongside them through every step of the journey, from the first conversation to the final decision.
As an independently owned Owl Be There office, Kelly combines the personal touch of a local advisor who knows Central Florida's senior living communities with the wisdom and support of a nationally recognized brand.
